Rules and Regulations

Good Conduct and Discipline

  1. In-discipline will never be tolerated. Every student is expected to be courteous and good natured. Bad behaviour that is liable to be injurious to other and the use of bad language will be severely deal with. This may also justify expulsion.
  2. The class rooms are strictly reserved for study and should not be used as recreation rooms.
  3. The school is your school and therefore you should help to keep it clean and tidy. No student should write anything on the walls of the school building or on the furniture and any one found doing the same will be liable to severe punishment.
  4. Spitting on the wall and class rooms are strictly prohibited.
  5. Throwing paper and ink on the class room floor is forbidden.
  6. Each student should keep his / her book neat and not use them carelessly.
  7. When the teacher enters the classroom the student should stand up and remain standing until given permission to take their seats.
  8. Due respect should be shown to the teachers of the school whenever and where ever the student meets him / her.
  9. No student may leave the classroom during classes without the teacher's permission.
  10. No books, periodical or newspapers of any kind shall be brought in to the school without the consent of the school authorities. Offenders will be severely dealt with.
  11. Any damage done to school property should be made good by the pupil concerned.
  12. Tuition fee for the complete year shall be paid irrespective of the number of days one has attended.
  13. All students who seek admission will have to satisfy our entrance requirements and they should pay the preliminary fees when they are admitted.
  14. Any amount once paid towards fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  15. No certificate of any kind will be issued to students who are in arrears of fees.

The school expects from all of its teachers to complete their course. Students are obliged to take weekly and monthly tests and keep records. The entire course is divided into four units and there are four unit tests which are punctually conducted in the form of quarterly, half quarterly and third-quarterly examinations of 100 marks each and 10% marks of each tests are added to the marks scored in the final exam which is of 70 marks only. Thus unit tests are given due priority. Class X students have to take a seperate examination which is called 'Sent-up test' which is organised and conducted under the supervision of PABSON (Private and boarding school organisation Nepal) and those students who qualify in this exam are allowed to fill the form for the final S.L.C. exam. The coaching classes are also provided from the school to the students in all subjects for which they have to subscribe with respective fee.
